This PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP to BAR ONE NINETEEN will grant you access to the speakeasy each evening the bar is open without having to pay the daily access cover and needing to know the passcode.

- This membership will auto renew after 12 months from the date of purchase.

-Memberships purchased Thursday through the following Wednesday will be receive bar access and necessary emails the upcoming Thursday no later than 5p. ‍ ‍(In other words, Wednesday is the last day to purchase memberships in order to receiveaccess to the bar for the upcoming weekend, or if you like to plan ahead purchase your membership one week prior to the first date you would like to have access to the bar.)

- The membership can be cancelled at anytime, but cannot be prorated, partially cancelled or refunded.‍‍(Memberships cancelled anytime prior to the date of auto renewal will still be valid until one day prior to auto renewal date. Memberships cancelled prior to the auto renewal date will not be prorated or partially refunded.)

- PREMIUM Membership sales will end when memberships are sold out (quantities are limited)

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS INCLUDE:

-access to quarterly Premium Members only evenings. These evenings , where Bar One Nineteen will be open to premium members only and free of them to attend, will be hosted on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays and will be announced to premium members via email no later than 30 days prior to the Premium Members only evening date. The special quarterly nights will include a range of special perks such as hors d’oeuvres, tastings, and the ability to purchase a limited number of allocated bottles on a first come first served basis.

- the ability to add a second person on your membership. This person will be able to use your membership card without the first/main person listed on the membership being present.

• plan to have this second person bring their ID ready to present to the bartender.

• All of the same rules apply to this person you are adding, as you agreed to when you purchased the membership.

• ONLY ONE KEY CARD will be provided + charges apply for lost key cards

-the ability to bring up to 5 guests, at no extra charge, with you each time you come to BAR ONE NINETEEN (the member MUST BE PRESENT for each visit)

- mobile entry access to the bar via smart phone with app download so you do not need to know the passcode each evening
*physical key cards are available to be picked up during BAR ONE NINETEEN business hours from your bartender

- access to Members’ Nights on Thursday evenings. BAR ONE NINETEEN will be open to members and their guests only (single day access covers will not be available to the public on these evenings)

- receive email notifications to purchase tickets to special ticketed events such as wine + spirit events, bourbon socials… ect.

- the ability to purchase tickets to bourbon socials, spirit events + wine events at the regular rate $75 per ticket. Events will be announced no later than 30 day prior to the event date.Members will receive an email with event details and a link and password to purchase tickets.


*PLEASE NOTE:
Level One and Premium Members can purchase tickets to bring guests to events who are not members.

Members and all individuals purchasing memberships must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license to verify name, birthdate and age.
*any guests of members must 21 years of age or older with valid ID
*valid ID must be presented the first time you enter the bar and anytime the bartender and/or staff asks for your ID
-ALL individuals must be 21 years of age or older to enter the bar.

Once the membership has been paid, the purchaser will receive an email verification of purchase. This email is your receipt. The member’s name will also then be on thecurrent members list in the bar.

We will then send the member a separate welcome email with instructions on how to enter the bar prior to receiving the member key card and how to receive their key card.

Additionally, with the welcome email you will find the link and passcode to the events page where tickets will be available for purchase once events are announced.

If the membership is being purchased as a gift please select that box on in the check out process. If you mark the “gifted membership” during checkout the welcome email with details of the membership and instructions on how to enter the bar and receive their key card will not be sent to the member until the date selected by the purchaser.

In order to provide accurate information for each individual membership purchased ONLY ADD ONE MEMBERSHIP to your cart at time and FULLY COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT PROCESS INCLUDING PAYMENT making sure to provide the accurate individual information for each membership.
IF you do not follow this process the membership will be refunded and cancelled.
