Boxed and Burlap is hosting its first speed dating event December 2, 2023 in the lower level of our DOWNTOWN location at 230 E. Walworth Ave. Delavan.
For those looking for their soulmate join us!
What’s nice about speed dating is that even if you don’t find that soulmate, you likely will make a friend and enjoy a great night out. Also, Boxed and Burlap provides a neutral environment with an outstanding atmosphere. Encourage your single friends to purchase event tickets and/or bring your not so single friends to chill on the main level while you meet each perspective for a whopping 3 mins!
Prior to the event we will host a cocktail hour from 7p - 8p.
The purchase of your ticket will include one beverage the evening of December 2nd at our cocktail OR espresso bar up to $10 in value. The speed dating event starts promptly at 8p in the lower level.
We have created four age range groups, 23-33, 28-43, 40-48 and 45+older. You will select the age group that matches the age that you are. For some ages you will notice there is overlap between groups, in which case you will select the group that best fits your vibe.
Depending on ticket sales the speed dating event after the cocktail hour will last up to 45 minutes with an intermission half way through if the group is large enough.
A cocktail server will be making rounds during the event in the lower level so that you can purchase additional beverages if you like whether cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine or coffee are your fancy.
The DOWNTOWN location will be open later hours the evening of December 2nd until 11p so there will be time to mingle after the event concludes.
