The Barn is a free span sixty foot wide and one hundred foot long venue space able to accommodate up to two-hundred and fifty guests.
The pavilion effect of the barn includes sky lights, white ceiling and walls and twenty foot openings on three sides of the space that will make photographs of your event just as you imagine.
—The Barn is available for bookings April 1st - October 31st each year.—
The Barn is not available for bookings November 1st - March 31st.

The Batten House is a wonderful space for your bridal suite and is included when you book your wedding at Boxed and Burlap’s Barn located at 2935 State Rd 67 Delavan, WI.
The Batten House can also be booked for small private events on any unreserved day of the week during the wedding off-season (November - March).

the LOWER LEVEL -DOWNTOWN-
The LOWER LEVEL of our DOWNTOWN at 230 E. Walworth Ave. Delavan, WI is ideal for small events with a capacity of 150 guests.
This room works wonderfully for showers, birthday parties, meetings, year end celebrations, retirement parties, celebrations of life and the list goes on.
When booking the Lower Level, if you desire, bar packages are available to purchase through Boxed and Burlap.
