Ticketed events Boxed and Burlap has planned for 2025 include a variety of bourbon socials, spirit events + wine events with approximately two events planned each month.
Enjoy music and amazing food, excellent bourbon, spirits and/or wine great information and good company.

The speakeasy opens at 6p for each of these events with a cocktail hour included in most of the events . Then around 7pm head into the evening event in the lower level event space.

ERATH - WINE EVENT - $75

Erath wines are an expression of the land that the winery has cultivated for more than 40 years, longer than any other winery in the Dundee Hills of Oregon. The red, iron-rich Jory soils, combined with gentle breezes and warming sunshine of a marine climate, have bestowed upon Dundee a terroir of note. It has given rise to the handcrafting phenomenon, and the art of Pinot.As one of Oregon’s wine pioneers, Dick Erath had always been as tenacious in his approach to Pinot as the Pinot grape is stubborn. The engineer-turned-viticulturist was first inspired to pursue winemaking in 1965 after an early garage experiment. After completing coursework at UC-Davis in 1968, Erath relocated his family from California to the untamed hills of the Chehalem Mountains. An unheated logger’s cabin on 49 acres would serve as home – and ad hoc winery – for several years. The following spring, he planted 23 varieties. Pinot Noir flourished. As time has passed, they have continued to produce authentic and uniquely Oregon Pinot Noirs.

Since starting in 1996, Joel Gott has selected the best fruit from growing regions in California, Oregon and Washington which they blend to create more balanced, clean, complex, and elegant wines. Joel is a fourth-generation California vintner, and wine and food entrepreneur. Born in Napa Valley and raised in the Sierra Foothills where his parents started Montevina Winery. Joel and Sarah, wife & lead winemaker, started by buying tons of Amador County Zinfandel from a family friend and have never looked back. They have grown into releasing wines from not only California but Oregon, Washington, and New Zealand and continues to get major recognition for their incredible wines.

We all appreciate a good whiskey when it’s in the glass, and it usually has a whole lot to do with where it starts. For Dancing Goat, it starts with family, an idea, and a legacy passed down 3 generations. Founded in 2016 and located 20 minutes east of Madison in Cambridge, the Maas family chose Wisconsin as a location for the Dancing Goat as a homage to their ancestors and celebration of agriculture.

Dancing Goat Distillery operates a 34,000 square foot facility with 4 stills and 10,000 barrels in inventory aging in the state’s first open-air Kentucky style rickhouse. As a house of brands, the distillery proudly produces Death’s Door Gin, Dancing Goat Brandy, Travis Hasse pie liqueurs, Limousin Rye, and an ever-growing whiskey portfolio.

WEIN-BAUER - WINE EVENT - $75
Wein-Bauer, Inc. is a family-owned wine and spirits import company that has a rich history in winemaking. In 1937, Leopold Bauer opened the Bauer Family Winery & Distillery outside of Vienna Brewery. After World War II, the business continued as a winery. In 1972, Otto Bauer purchased A. Moessmer, one of Austria's largest wineries. Manfred Bauer, a third-generation winemaker, founded Wein-Bauer Imports in 1980. The company's goal was to bring his family's wines to the U.S. market and to promote European wines. Wein-Bauer Imports represents family-owned producers and wineries from around the world, including Austria, Germany, Portugal, Hungary, France, and Argentina.
